There is no way
to eliminate stress from your life but you can learn how to handle it. One of
the ways you handle stress is to gradually deal with it. Understand that
there’s a problem and then think of strategies that will help you. For
instance, if you’re not able to go anywhere on a trip, think about yourself in
a faraway place. Imagine yourself on the beach. Imagine yourself playing
tennis, or something you like to do. If you do these things, it’s an amazing
stress reducer because you’re putting yourself in a situation where you’re away
from the problems at hand. That can make a major difference.
