It is a right of
passage for teens, but it is clearly a rite of passage that cannot be stressed
enough to be careful of. What we’re talking about is driving. Driving is a
major responsibility. If you remember the times when you were learning, perhaps
those near misses you had when you were starting to figure out how to work a
car and a sense of responsibility, you know that learning how to drive in those
early years is crucial. You must stress defensive driving and safety, and
constantly reinforced it.
