Can you have too much exercise? Some people believe you can, but the truth of the matter is, really, exercise is good for you in whatever form. As you are older, it's important to try to reduce the amount of exercise you have where you're putting extra pressure on the joints over prolonged periods of time. You've got to really use common sense and figure out what's best for you. I think the best way to do that is to actually take your time and evaluate exercise patterns. Take a look and see what works the best.
