Treating Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is a problem where the sheath, or the lining, at the bottom of the foot actually can get inflamed.  It can actually become painful.  Plantar fasciitis is usually worse at the beginning of the day.  You step out of bed and you feel like it hurts.  Non-steroidals and certain medications can help, but what really helps the most is wearing comfortable shoes.  Stretching that foot out and wearing cushioned shoes can make a big difference.
