Almonds and LDL Cholesterol

We take almonds as a way to help curb hunger.  Little did most of us know that they have a positive effect on not only lowering the LDL, or bad cholesterol, but affecting your triglycerides.  Is it the almonds or is it the fact that you're not eating other foods, the saturated foods?  It's probably a combination of both.  Almonds are, in and of themselves, perfect, but what we’re finding is they can be definitely very effective as a tool to help reduce those problems associated.

We always appreciate your comments.
