When a child has
a headache, you have to really explore what’s going on. Is it a psychological
issue, or is it more than that it? Is it a problem associated with sinus
pressure? Is it something to do with vision? Do they need glasses, or are they
having headaches because it could be a neurological issue? The bottom line is you
need to do careful exploration. If the headache is any more than a transient or
short-term thing, you need to make sure you talk with a physician. Get the
evaluation that’s necessary because we’re talking about neurological issues, and
you can’t mess around with them.
