If you're going
to pick an exercise program, you have to look at several things. One of
the biggest things you want to do is find out is an exercise program one that
is sustainable? If you're just trying to do an exercise program for the
sake of getting out there and losing weight or building muscle and you're going
to push yourself to unusual limits; that may not be the best thing. What you
may want to do is try to find an exercise program that actually puts you in a
position where you can sustain it and you can be proud of it and you can do it
over a long period of time. That is the most successful type of exercise
program.
