Stress is a
serious health problem and there's no doubt that stress is a something that can
cause problems that feel like you're allergic. But, actually, it is
really the increased heart rate, shortness of breath, and those problems
associated with stress that can occur. In actuality, it is not the stress
itself that is the problem, it's the body's release of epinephrine. But,
if you have stress and you don't take care of it, it can have a long-term
effect on the body; an effect that is made worse over time.
