Dealing with
pressure can be done many ways and at many different levels. One of the best
ways to deal with pressure is to understand what you are up against.
Psychologically, you have to realize what you’re battling and how to deal with
it. Pressure is only what you make of it. Studies have shown that if you feel
something is overwhelming then you are going to have problems, but if you take
it slow, and you try to understand and grapple with it little by little, you
will have a much better opportunity of dealing with it. Pressure is all how you
handle it and how you deal with it.
