Recognizing Migraine Headaches

Migraine headaches are not a problem for as many people as you think. Now, we’re not saying migraine headaches are not a big problem; they are. But, many people who have tension headaches and other types of headaches say they have migraines. One of the ways you can tell if you have migraine is you get a strange sense, or an aura, a feeling that the headache is about to start.
