Exercise, Aging and Arm Pain




You might notice as you get older that you get more aches and pains. One of the places you get them is in the arm. If you’re not used to throwing or shooting or whatever, and you go out and attempt to do something, perhaps you’re hammering nails, and you haven’t done it in a while, your arms are not used to being stressed like that, and your muscles clearly are not used to being put in that position. The arm pain can be very frustrating. Make sure you ice down after every time you exercise. That will make a big difference in helping fight arm pain.
